The broadcast page allows for the planning and sending of broadcast messages to customers. Since these broadcast messages are normally sent outside of the 24-hour customer-initiated window, a template needs to be approved with WhatsApp beforehand. Contact our Support for help with creating a new template.

On the broadcast page, the message status of the past 7 days' sent messages is displayed. Additionally, the success rates of these messages are displayed. By default, a broadcast is counted as successful if a contact places an order 24 hours after the message is sent.

In the list, sent, scheduled and inactivated broadcasts are displayed.

Planning a new broadcast

To create a new broadcast, click on the "Create broadcast" button. Select the template that you would like to send. If you cannot see any templates, please reach out to our Support to get templates enabled for you.

Once a template is selected, select the customer, location and contact you want to send the broadcast to. Fill out the required fields depending on the broadcast type.

Block message

To not send a message if a contact places an order just before the broadcast is sent, enable the block message slider. This is valuable since you don't want to send your contacts an order reminder just after they place an order.

Send repeatedly

To send, for example, weekly reminders, select "Send repeatedly" and define the Cron job. A Cron job is a way to define the schedule.
