Locations are locations where the products are delivered to. A single customer can have multiple locations. If a contact is assigned to multiple locations, they can select the location on WhatsApp while ordering.

Creating a location

Once a customer is created, a new location can be added. This allows for single customers to have multiple locations. A new location can be created on the customer page through the "+" (Plus) button.

Location details

When creating a new location, different details are collected. In the case that a contact will order from multiple locations, the location can be selected in WhatsApp and therefore, can only display a maximum of 20 characters.

Address

The location address is displayed on delivery notes and invoices.

Coordinates / Geolocation

To link to the location on Google Maps, the coordinates of the location can be added. To find the Coordinates of a location, go to Google Maps, find the location, right-click on the map and copy the coordinates.

Contacts

When a location is newly created, no contact is assigned to it, therefore no contact can place an order for it.

To add a contact, click on the respective button. "Add existing Contact", if the contact is already registered or on the "+" button to create a new contact.
