The Orders page provides an overview of all orders that are generated by contacts through WhatsApp or admin users through the web portal.
There are four different statuses for an order. Initially, an order is New. An admin user must review a new order, which can be Accepted or Declined. The last status is Delivered, which can be used by the business to indicate that the orders have been delivered and if the Delivery Module is used, an order is marked as delivered if it is delivered through the routes process.
The dropdown can be used to filter orders by their status. The search allows a user to search an order by reference number, customer name, location name, contact name or phone number. Always make sure that the phone number is in the correct format "+41xx" for Switzerland.
Order Detail Page
With a click on an order, the order page is opened and the details of the order is displayed. An order can be "Rejected" or "Accepted" and “Fulfilled” on this page as well. Additionally, an order can be edited through the "Edit" button or completely deleted through the trashcan button.
