The products page displays all the products available on the system. In the list, each product is displayed with the image, the name and the description. Additionally, the sync status with the Facebook Commerce Manager is displayed.

When creating a new product, a name, description, image, brand and URL are required. The description has a maximum length of 255.

Select/upload an image
To upload an image, click on "Select image" and the file explorer is opened. Select an existing image from the list or click on upload to upload a new file. Once the file is uploaded and selected, click on "Select file" to use the image. An image can only have a maximum size of 2MB.
To display a product on the WhatsApp Catalog, it needs to be synced to the Facebook Commerce Manager Catalog. To do this, click on the Sync icon in the product list.

Once a product is synced, it's not instantly available on WhatsApp. Meta takes some time to check and verify the product before its available. Please check the WhatsApp Catalog after around 1-2 hours.
