Welcome to the mcom WhatsApp Order Management System. We're happy to have you on board, and we understand that the platform can be a bit overwhelming. To help you get started, we suggest you follow this step-by-step guide and onboard yourself as your first customer. This will allow you to test out all features and successfully place an order in the end.

  1. Register

If you haven’t already registered, head over to https://app.mcomtech.ch and sign-up your company-Google account or email address. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Login

Head over to https://app.mcomtech.ch and log in using your account. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Create your first customer

Congrats, you successfully logged in. Head over to the Customer section and start with the creation of your first customer. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Create your first location and assign yourself as a contact

After you successfully created a new customer, you can create a location. Make sure you add a WhatsApp-enabled phone number as a contact. This will allow them to place an order once everything is set up correctly. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Add your products

Perfect, the first part is done. Now we need to import some of your products. To do this, click on the "Products" menu point and add your first product. Make sure it’s synced with Meta before you leave. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Create a catalog and assign a contract

Now that you have created your first product, we can create a catalog and assign a contract to your location. Create a catalog, add your products and save it. You can define the pricing you want here. Once the catalog is created, use it to create a contract for your location. Check this article if you need help.

  1. Send a message to your WhatsApp Business Account

Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number on WhatsApp and send it a message. You should be greeted by your Chatbot now. If you get a message that something is not correctly set up, please check steps 1 to 5 again and make sure you followed them correctly.

If the Chatbot is not sending you the catalog, please keep in mind that it can take 1-2 hours for Meta to check your newly created products and approve them to be used in WhatsApp.
